Interactive kiosks and totems — from hardware to CMS

IWILL builds floor-standing interactive totems as complete projects: a 55" 4K touch display, integrated peripherals and a CMS that lets your team run content across every location in Arabic and English.

01

The challenge

Public totems work in conditions consumer equipment was never designed for:

Continuous 24/7 operation

A restart caused by overheating or a system error is unacceptable in a public space.

Many peripherals as one system

Printer, NFC reader, barcode scanner, camera and sensors must work reliably together.

A network of devices

With dozens of totems across sites, updating content by hand on each one is impossible.

Different content by place and time

Each totem may show different information by location, day, prayer times or campaign.

02

The IWILL approach

A vertical floor-standing totem around a 55" 4K touch display with a 12th-gen Intel Core i5 and Windows 11, with peripherals built in:

Thermal printer

Tickets, confirmations, maps and queue numbers printed on the spot.

NFC reader and QR/barcode scanner

Contactless cards and phones for identification and access; QR codes for tickets, bookings and e-service references.

Camera, microphone and speakers

An 8MP front camera for video calls with an agent, plus audio for voice guidance and accessibility.

Custom CMS

One web dashboard for every totem: content by location and schedule, live device status, media library and interactive modules — built around your brand and user roles.

03

Where it fits

The same platform serves very different self-service journeys.

  • Malls: interactive maps, live promotions and printed directions
  • Government service centres: e-service guidance and queue tickets
  • Corporate lobbies: visitor registration and badge printing
  • Hospitals: patient check-in and wayfinding

Frequently asked questions

Can the kiosk interface be bilingual?

Yes. The CMS and kiosk screens are built for Arabic right-to-left and English, with a language switch on every screen.

Can it take payments?

A certified payment terminal from your acquiring bank can be integrated into the enclosure; the kiosk software hands off the transaction to it.
