Food and beverage plants no longer run on machines and operators alone. ERP, SCADA, MES, warehouse systems, recipe management, batch traceability and lab data are part of every shift on the line — and in the region, halal and food-safety authorities expect that traceability to be reliable.
If an operator terminal stops, cannot be serviced or does not survive the washdown, the problem is no longer just hardware. IWILL offers standard IP65 front-panel configurations for dusty and splash zones, and custom IP69 washdown builds for wet zones, direct cleaning and aggressive chemicals.

Frequently asked questions
Is IP65 enough for food production?
Sometimes. In a dry or controlled zone with only dust or splashes, and with the rear protected, an IP65 front panel can be right. With direct washing, condensation or chemicals, look at an IP69 washdown build.
Can the panel run ERP or Ignition?
Yes, with the right Windows or Linux configuration and confirmed hardware requirements. Before quoting we need the software version, CPU/RAM/SSD needs and required ports.
Do cybersecurity rules require IP65 or IP69 computers?
Not directly. Cybersecurity frameworks focus on risk, continuity and system security. But the operator terminal is part of those systems, so it has to suit both the network design and the physical environment.
Can we start with test units?
Yes. For rollouts across many lines, one or two test units come first; then we fix the final configuration for the remaining points.
